Synopsis: Designed to provide advanced training in solving complex logistical problems in a real world scenario. Students are presented with Service unique management reports and challenged with using the automated logistics tools taught in the previous lessons to solve backorder situations, reduce zero balance levels, solve critical customer needs, and provide detailed status information to their commands.
