Military Engineering Data Asset Locator System (MEDALS) is an automated information system that serves as the central index of engineering data for the Department of Defense (DOD). DOD technical data repositories, which store, maintain, and distribute the engineering drawings, supply the MEDALS program with technical drawing indexing data and associated information. |
