Introduction to the Transaction History File (THF) System
The Transaction Hisory File (THF) is a database managed by the Navy that displays a history of requisitions (document numbers) that have been processed against a particular National Item Identification Number (NIIN).
You can do the following THF query through LINK:
National Item Identification Number (NIIN) identifies the Document Number, Unit of Issue, Quantity, Processing Date, Cognizance Symbol and other information.
