How to use WebLINK
The following outlines the steps necessary to
create/submit queries and receive responses through WebLINK.
1. You must first Establish a WebLINK account with the
CONUS (DAASC) Customer Service. This account is on the system which will receive and
return your submitted queries.
2. From the Main Window of WebLINK the selection, below
the WebLINK title, consists of the following choices:
3. To change the account user's password:
- Login to WebLINK
- Click on Change Password (only visible upon login)
- Enter current password
- Enter New Password
- Re-Enter New Password
4. Password Rules
- Be 8 characters long
- Contain both lower and upper case letters
- Contain at least one numeric character
- Contain at least one the following special characters (% " & ( ) * + , . : ; < = > ? | - _)
- Not contain dictionary words
- Logon passwords are REQUIRED to be changed every 90 days
- Accounts NOT used at least once in 180 consecutive days
will be deleted
