PCLINK QuikRefs

Description

AFMC Tracker

System: AFMC Tracker can be used to track status of requisitions for items managed at Air Force inventory control points. You can query by doing either a document number or an NSN inquiry.  The document number query response will show only information that is pertinent to a specific document number whereas the NSN query response shows all historical transactions posted against a specific NSN.

D035

System: The D035 systems provides Backorder, Document Control, and Composite National Stock Number (NSN) information for National Stock Numbers (NSN) managed by Air Force inventory managers. You can get the total number of backorders for a given NSN at all the Air Logistics Centers (ALC).

DAASC

System: The Defense Automatic Address System Center Inquiry System provides information on Communication Routing Identifiers (COMMRI), DOD Activity Address Codes (DODAAC), Routing Identifier Codes (RIC), and Military Assistance Program Address Codes (MAPAC).

DRMS

System: The DRMS system gives you visibility of surplus stock available from Defense Reutilization and Marketing Offices (DRMOs) located worldwide.

DSS

System: The DLA Distribution Standard System (DSS) MRO Tracking System allows the user to enter a requisition number and obtain the current status of their requisition.

GSA-MUFFIN

System: The General Services Administration’s Multi-Use File for Interagency News (MUFFIN) provides status of FEDSTRIP requisitions and contract/Federal Supply Schedule information.

LIDB

System: The Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB) is the Army's central data bank for supply and transportation information.  LIDB provides visibility of individual requisitions and shipments as they proceed through the logistics pipeline, as well as visibility of stock levels in all Army commands.

LIPS

System: LIPS provides requisition, supply status, and shipping status information for all Military Services.  You can get status on an individual requisition by entering a document number or Transportation Control Number (TCN).  You can also get lists of requisitions for a given DoD Activity Address Code (DODAAC) including all backorders, all requisitions that were canceled or rejected, in-process requisitions, requisitions by NSN and all requisitions shipped (shipment status).

LOGRUN

System: The Logistics Remote Users Network (LOGRUN) provides information about over 6 million supply items in the Federal Government inventory and contractors who do business with the Department of Defense.  LOGRUN will give you the National Stock Number (NSN) of the item, suppliers of the item, management data such as unit of issue and source of supply, interchangeable and substitute items and physical and performance characteristics.

SAMMS

System: The Standard Automated Material Management System (SAMMS) gives you visibility of item inventory and supply management information at the DLA Supply Centers.  You can get status of requisitions, stock on hand, due in assets, back orders, reports of discrepancy and contract information.

 

QuikRef: Provides instruction for SNIR and SPOC queries

SmartLINK

System: SmartLINK automates the research you can perform on an item.  All you need to know is the National Stock Number (NSN) of your item.  SmartLINK will retrieve the following information for you: Item Information, Surplus Assets, Wholesale Assets and Retail Assets.

SNAPSHOT

System: SNAPSHOT is a database managed by the Navy that provides information about items managed by the Navy Inventory Control Point Mechanicsburg (NAVICPM) and the Navy Inventory Control Point Philadelphia (NAVICPP).  SNAPSHOT provides inventory management information, stock status, part number information, and alternate items.

THF

System: The Transaction Hisory File (THF) is a database managed by the Navy that displays a history of requisitions (document numbers) that have been processed against a particular National Item Identification Number (NIIN).

USMC SCS

System: Marines Corp’s SCS gives you visibility of item inventory and supply management information.  You can get item manager and cataloging data, stock on hand, due-in/due-out assets, and status of requisitions.

VMISR

System: The Virtual Master Stock Inventory Record (VMSIR) is a database managed by the Navy that displays stock availability at the major Navy stock points.  VMSIR also provides the capability to view quantity and location of specific items

WPS

System: The Worldwide Port System (WPS) is operated by the Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC).  WPS tracks military cargo through common-user ocean ports.  You can get current shipment status by submitting a Transportation Control Number (TCN) or Container Number (CNUM).

Description

DAASC
